These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PostManager governing your access to and use of the postmanager.app website, scheduling application, automation infrastructure, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, starting a free trial, activating a subscription, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization, and references to "you" include that organization.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use PostManager. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf. By using the Platform you represent that you meet this requirement. Use of the Platform from jurisdictions where its content or functionality is illegal is prohibited. You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to your use, including those governing the social media content you schedule and publish.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not share account credentials, create accounts for others without authorization, or operate multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits. PostManager reserves the right to reject, suspend, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:
PostManager reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take action including content removal, scheduling suspension, or account termination without notice.
Service availability: PostManager provides the scheduling and automation infrastructure on a commercially reasonable basis but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Scheduled posts may fail to publish due to platform outages, social network API changes, or connectivity issues outside our control.
Feature changes: We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time, including changes to supported social networks. We will use reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes that adversely affect existing functionality.
Post limits and queues: Usage is subject to the scheduling limits and connected account limits of your subscription plan. Excessive usage may result in throttling or plan upgrade requirements.
Social platform dependency: PostManager relies on APIs provided by third-party social networks. Changes to those APIs, rate limits, or terms of service may affect PostManager's ability to publish content on your behalf. We are not responsible for failures caused by third-party platform changes.
Data retention: Scheduled post data, analytics, and media uploads are retained according to your plan. You are responsible for exporting your data before account deletion or plan downgrade.
PostManager provides AI-powered features including but not limited to caption generation, hashtag suggestions, content ideation, and post scheduling optimization (collectively "AI Features"). By using AI Features you acknowledge and agree that:
PostManager will make commercially reasonable efforts to publish your scheduled posts at the specified times. However, delivery is not guaranteed. Posts may fail to publish due to social network API outages, authentication failures, content policy rejections by third-party platforms, or other factors outside our control.
You are solely responsible for monitoring the publishing status of your scheduled posts and for ensuring that automated content complies with all applicable laws and the terms of service of each connected social platform. PostManager is not liable for missed publishing windows, failed posts, or any damages arising from scheduling failures.
Automation features may not be used to engage in spam, coordinated inauthentic behaviour, artificial amplification, or any activity that violates the policies of connected social networks. Violations may result in immediate suspension of your account and connected social profiles.
Access to paid features requires an active subscription. By subscribing you authorize PostManager to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current plan rate until you cancel.
Subscription fees are billed in advance for each billing period (monthly or annual). All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are your responsibility. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
Free trials, if offered, automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial expires. We may require payment details to start a free trial.
Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account and all scheduled post automation. Reactivation requires payment of all outstanding amounts.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
Exceptions: If you experience a verified platform outage exceeding 24 consecutive hours within a billing period due to causes within our reasonable control, you may request a prorated credit for that period by contacting support within 14 days.
Annual plan refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase for first-time subscribers. Contact [email protected] to request a review.
PostManager reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of Terms violations, suspected abuse, or where refunds have previously been issued.
Your content: You retain full ownership of all content, captions, media, and scheduling data you create using the Platform. By using the Platform you grant PostManager a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, transmit, and publish your content solely to provide the service you have requested.
Platform IP: The PostManager name, logo, scheduling software, UI, and all associated intellectual property are owned by PostManager or its licensors and protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.
Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Platform may be used by PostManager without restriction or compensation.
DMCA / Copyright: If you believe content published through the Platform infringes your copyright, contact [email protected] with full details. We will respond to valid notices in accordance with applicable law.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT, UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, GUARANTEED POST DELIVERY, OR DATA PRESERVATION.
PostManager does not warrant that: (a) the Platform will be available at all times or error-free; (b) scheduled posts will be published at the exact specified time or at all; (c) AI-generated content will be accurate, original, or suitable for any purpose; (d) the Platform will meet your specific business or marketing requirements; or (e) analytics data will be accurate or complete.
You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of the Platform for your purposes and for all decisions you make based on content generated or published through the Platform.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, POSTMANAGER, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, SOCIAL MEDIA REACH, ENGAGEMENT, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL POSTMANAGER'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID TO POSTMANAGER IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PostManager and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and successors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
PostManager reserves the right to assume exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate fully.
You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon account deletion your scheduled posts, analytics data, and associated content will be permanently removed within 30 days. We strongly recommend exporting your data before deletion.
PostManager may suspend or terminate your account and cancel all scheduled posts at any time, with or without cause, including for Terms violations, non-payment, fraudulent activity, or legal requirements. Upon termination your right to use the Platform immediately ceases and all pending scheduled posts will be cancelled.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification obligations, and limitations of liability.
These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PostManager is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Informal resolution: Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Class action waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action against PostManager.
Limitation period: Any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arose, or it is permanently barred.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms with a revised effective date and, where appropriate, by email notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform.

7. Connected social accounts
By connecting social media accounts to PostManager, you authorize us to access and act on those accounts on your behalf, including publishing posts, reading analytics, and managing scheduling queues, strictly as necessary to provide the service you requested.
You represent that you have the right and authority to connect any social account to the Platform. You must not connect accounts that belong to others without their explicit consent. PostManager is not liable for any action taken on your connected accounts by you or through your use of the Platform.
You may revoke PostManager's access to any connected social account at any time through both the Platform settings and directly within each social network's account settings. Revocation does not delete scheduled posts that have already been published.
You remain solely responsible for complying with the terms of service of each social network to which you connect. PostManager does not guarantee compatibility with all social networks and may discontinue support for any network at any time.
